Our Strategies
International Strategic Expansion
While ADPL has yet to undertake its first overseas project, the company has laid a solid foundation for future international expansion. Since 2016, ADPL has maintained a strategic presence in Chonburi, Thailand, providing a gateway for future international operations. The leadership team brings a wealth of global experience and connections from prior roles in multinational corporations, providing ADPL with deep insights into international markets. With this global expertise and an established presence in Thailand, ADPL is strategically prepared to extend its footprint beyond its home borders, focusing on fast growing markets across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Operationally, ADPL has aligned its processes with international quality standards to ensure readiness for global engagements. The company also has robust capabilities to manage cross border logistics and is fully compliant with global regulatory frameworks. Through this proactive approach, ADPL is well positioned to deliver its hallmark quality and operational excellence in future overseas projects, ensuring a seamless experience for international clients.
Strategic Support For Foreign Clients (ONGC Local Content Alignment)
ADPL actively supports international partners in successfullybidding for both offshore and onshore projects in India – particularly those tendered by ONGC. Under ONGC’s indigenization framework, offshore projects require a minimum of ~20% Indian local content. By partnering with ADPL, foreign companies can effortlessly meet and exceed these stringent local content requirements. ADPL’s comprehensive in-country capabilities (fabrication, procurement of supplies, manpower provisioning, etc.) ensure the local content contribution in joint bids significantly exceeds ONGC’s 20%minimum threshold. This strategic partnership guarantees that bids are fully compliant, greatly enhancing bid attractiveness under ONGC’s policies and eliminating the risk of penalties or disqualification related to local content obligations.
